About the event
The face is a mirror of life, health, and hormones.
I'm a certified Tao Face Yoga teacher (by Savina Atai & Mantak Chia), and I would like to invite you to a facial training session that activates the whole body.
Tao Face Yoga is a set of 28 exercises that train all 57 (+tongue) head muscles. We use the power of cranial muscles to bring circulation to the endocrine glands in our head. This is important because these glands regulate many bodily functions, such as growth, sexual/reproductive functions, and other glands and organs in the body.
When you lift and fill out the muscles of your face, you also smooth wrinkles, obtain fuller cheeks, lift the mouth corners, and sculpt your face. By adding facial exercises, conscious breathing, and rhythmic contraction of the pelvic floor muscles, you create a workout that activates the whole body.
